The different sized holes make quick work of both delicate cilantro and tough rosemary stems. The built-in measuring bowl is a clever touch, catching all the leaves without any mess on the counter.

I love that I can finally strip rosemary and thyme without the leaves flying everywhere—the different sized holes work perfectly for each herb. The built-in measuring bowl is a nice bonus for when I’m following recipes.
