Yolkster eierdooier-scheider

The first time I used this, I was amazed how neatly the yolk stayed suspended while the whites slid right through. It fits snugly on my mixing bowl without slipping, and cleanup takes just a few seconds under running water. Makes separating eggs genuinely fun instead of a messy chore.

The clamp grips the bowl rim so tightly that I don't have to hold it steady while whisking, and clean-up takes seconds since the whole thing rinses clean. My egg whites came out perfectly yolk-free on the first try, which never happened with the pour-back-and-forth method.

I was skeptical about another kitchen gadget, but the way it clips onto any bowl makes separating eggs so much easier. The grip is secure and mess-free, just as described.
