I was skeptical about another kitchen gadget, but this slicer handles kiwis and mushrooms without any crushing. The patented blade cuts through soft fruit cleanly and the grip is comfortable even after slicing a whole batch.

I was skeptical about slicing kiwis with this gadget, but the patented technology made them come out perfectly thin and even every time. Even my mushrooms looked professional without any mess.

The blade went through a pint of mushrooms in seconds, way faster than my old knife routine. I was worried the slices would be uneven but they came out pretty consistent, which mattered for drying them. Only thing is I wish the handle were a bit longer for bigger hands, but it still works great.
