Thyme and kale used to take forever to strip, but these blades handle both in seconds flat. The multiple cutting edges make snipping straight into the bowl ridiculously easy, and cleanup was quicker than I expected.

I was skeptical about needing special scissors for herbs, but these cut through a whole bunch of kale in seconds. The sharp, stainless steel blades make stripping thyme leaves effortless without any mangling.

The spring-loaded handle really helps reduce hand fatigue when I'm trimming a whole bunch of parsley for dinner. Snips through kale stems cleanly without that annoying tearing sound.
